Return Policy


All our products is backed with 90 day Satisfaction Guarantee.

Returns are accepted within 90 days after you placed an order. If you are not satisfied with your selected product, we will offer you a refund or a substitute. Please note that shipping is not refundable. If you're not happy with your purchase please contact us for further details

Generally, refund will be made within 48 hours of the goods arriving back to us. Please note that any postage charges will not be included in the refund.

Return instructions: 
If you would like to make a return, please contact us at info@ambera.co.uk and provide the following information: 

1. Product name and code. 
2. Description of items being returned. 
3. Reason for return (arrived damaged, arrived defective, incorrect item, wrong size, changed my mind, other (explain) ). 
4. The item(s) should be returned in the condition they were received including the boxes. 
We will send appropriate instructions for return within 2 business days.

Goods not Received: 
Claims in relation to goods charged but not received should be made within 14 days of the statement charge. Failure to do so may affect your claim. 

These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website.


Once payment has been received ambera.co.uk will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your registration form. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.

ambera.co.uk is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.

General terms
These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non–exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.

Additional terms and conditions may apply for prize competitions, online bidding, pre–release orders and our added value services and offers. If so, you will be alerted to them at the relevant juncture.

These terms and conditions only cover the ambera.co.uk website. Any other websites which are linked to from this site are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites, which are not under our control. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.

Amber Necklace, Bracelets and Anklets

We have never had any incidents of harm resulting from wearing any of our Amber to infants or young children. However there is always a chance of one of the necklaces breaking and maybe a bead coming loose resulting in the child swallowing it.

We have tried to go to every extent possible to ensure the safety of your child, we knot every single bead onto the necklace or bracelet we even fit safety clasps that screw together making it very difficult for your baby to remove the necklace or bracelet, however the product should be used only with direct supervision of an adult.

The child does not need to put the amber beads around the mouth to get the benefits of wearing the amber necklace or bracelet. All it needs to do is touch the skin. Do not allow your child to put it in their mouth or chewed on the amber, we assume no responsibility if any harm should come to your child, due to misuse of our product.

ambera.co.uk or any other parties involved in creating, producing, manufacturing or services provided on this site shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, special or otherwise damages arising out of access or use of this site and its products.

EU toy safety regulations EN-71-1 states necklaces and anklets are not suitable for children under 36 months. So please do not leave your children unattended and do not allow them to chew on the Amber. Please be aware that Amber is not a toy.


The warranty period is counted for 90 days starting from the dispatch date. Within 90 days after received the product, customers may return the product to ambera.co.uk for repair. ambera.co.uk will bear the labour and material cost incurred for the repair. The postage for returning and resending the product will be beared by customers. ambera.co.uk shall NOT be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss or damage arosed by product delivery.

This warranty service will NOT apply if caused by improper treatment, abuse, alteration, negligence, misuse or accident. The customer must provide the order confirmation details for this warranty service.

Payment details ambera.co.uk accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro and Delta and PayPal. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling. Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion.

Availability of goods you order
If ambera.co.uk has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited by  ambera.co.uk from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and ambera.co.uk will notify you by email at the address given by you in your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. ambera.co.uk will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Please note: we endeavour to bring our customers the best value we can by running special offers, but please remember stocks are limited at the special offer price, and subject to availability. We update our website as quickly as we can to minimise disappointment. The process of updating the website when goods have sold out at promotional price can take a few hours to update.

Changes to this agreement
ambera.co.uk reserves the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these terms and conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unforeseen, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
